Our cork and paper range for automotive, train, vibration dampening & machine mounts.

We stock many grades of coated papers and rubber bonded corks to be used in controlled swell required environments. Many applications include the likes of gear box gaskets for automotive applications and transformer and generator set housing gaskets, used in power supply applications.

Our range of cork materials includes Nitrile and Neoprene bonded corks as well as Nebar®, Tico® and BS grades.

Our range of anti vibration cork is carried in thicknesses from 0.8mm to 25mm.

Cork’s unique structure of closed cell construction combined with an elastomer make it effective in insulating vibration. It also has unique noise abatement qualities.

In addition, we also supply laminated cork bushes.

Statite™ and Flexoid™ are very economical gasket/oil papers. Their price factor is important when dealing with original equipment and replacement markets. The materials have excellent oil and fuel resistance

Their prime market is automotive, however they have limited uses in industrial markets because of relatively low heat and chemical resistance compared with non-asbestos materials.

Nitrile Bonded Cork 

2020 Cork is an excellent general-purpose gasketing material, it’s tough and has good compressibility.

Neoprene/Nitrile Bonded Cork 

WCM1350 is a high compressible material suitable for low and medium bolt pressure, with good flexibility and resilience.

Nitrile Bonded Cork

The physical characteristics along with oil and fuel resistance make this a qualified material for automotive and industrial gaskets.

Firm Grade NBR Cork

WCM1028 is a firm rubber/cork material suitable for medium bolt pressure with good flexibility and resilience.

Statite™ Gasket Paper

Oil and fuel resistance are what often give gasket papers the name “Oil Paper”. Most often used for sealing on water pumps and other automotive applications.

Flexoid™ Gasket Paper

Flexoid™ is a very economical gasket/oil paper. It’s price factor is important when dealing with original equipment and replacement markets. The material has excellent oil and fuel resistance.

As with all materials, it is recommended that the style is tested for suitability as grades do vary.
