Rubber Strips Scrapers & Skirt

Quality Rubber Strips for Every Industry

Rubber strips play a vital role in many industries, from automotive to construction with our range of quality materials and customised solutions, we can accommodate the unique needs of each industry. Our rubber strips are made from a variety of materials, including EPDM, neoprene, silicone and viton, each offering unique properties suited to different applications.

Our EPDM rubber strips are durable and resist weathering, making them ideal for sealing and insulation applications. Neoprene rubber strips are heat and oil-resistant, making them ideal for use in the automotive and mechanical industries. Our silicone rubber strips are highly resistant to extreme temperatures and are commonly used in the food and medical industries. And our viton rubber strips possess excellent resistance to chemicals and high temperatures, making them ideal for use in aerospace and chemical processing industries.

At PTM we specialise in providing quality rubber strips for a wide range of industries. Our range includes everything from rubber for hatch seals to conveyor curtains and extruded profiles. We are proud to be able to provide our customers with a variety of materials that include natural, nitrile, Viton™, EPDM, neoprene, polyurethane and silicone.

Customised Solutions

We are proud to offer our clients customised solutions to meet their needs. Whether you require plain or self-adhesive backed rubber strips, we can help. We can also cut holes or slots into the strip for skirt rubbers or stillages. Our machines can cut rubber up to 25mm thick and even hand cut up to 50mm for greater thicknesses.

We can also customise the shape, size, and colour of rubber strips to meet specific industry requirements. Our experienced team of engineers can also assist in the design and development of unique rubber strip solutions for unconventional applications.

Unbeatable Service

At PTM we are committed to providing unbeatable service to all of our customers no matter which industry you work in. We regularly supply thousands of metres of strip per month and offer the option for vulcanised joints. Contact us today to discuss your requirements.

Food Quality

One of our slit machines is used solely for food quality rubber strips in our “clean” area. This prevents any cross contamination occurring.

All food quality strip is cut from rubber made with FDA compliant ingredients and meets the new EC1935:2004 regulation. Materials include Natural, Nitrile, Viton™, EPDM, Neoprene, Polyurethane and Silicone.

When a profiled scraper is required we offer a full range of cast Polyurethane scrapers with all the properties of Pu.

We also supply a full range of extruded profiles, whether it be an industry standard or a bespoke, application specific design.

* Self-adhesive backing may not be suitable for all grades or thicknesses. Please ask us for details.
