Whether you are looking for PVC by roll or indivicual strips, complete hanging systems, PVC Strip curtains cut to size, or expert installation – we supply it all!
One of the most economical and efficient solutions to retain warmth or cold, and to prevent entry by birds and insects, while still allowing safe passage for pedestrians and fork lift trucks, PVC Strip Curtains are often the preferred choice for warehouses, shops, cold stores and factories.
Our range of clear PVC is available from 1 to 4mm thick in widths from 100mm to 400mm. Bumper, or ribbed PVC is also available in all widths except 100mm. This style is particularly suited to openings which have heavy FLT traffic as the ribs help reduce scratching on the strips, prolonging longevity.
Sliding Curtains
We also offer sliding options to allow for easier access. N.B. The sliding curtains slide in metre sections generally clear of the opening, however we can also supply bi-parting options where sections slide behind each other.
Alongside our clear PVC range we also supply a choice of coloured, anti-static, perforated, freezer, welding and anti-microbial grades. See the slider below for further details.
Fitting Service
PVC Curtains are relatively straightforward to fit as we usually supply them cut slightly over length with the relevant hanging plates attached (for hook-on systems) together with hanging rail/s cut to the appropriate size. However for more complicated or bespoke requirements we offer a comprehensive nationwide installation service.

With Covid 19 still causing massive problems around the world, we are pleased to announce our range of ANTI-BAC and ANT-MICRO PVC.
These products have been tested against various viruses including MRSA, E-Coli, Pneumonia and SARS and have shown that they prevent growth of these bacteria, in fact killing more than 99.9% over a 24 hour period.
We can supply ANTI-BAC in rolls, sheets or complete curtains in a variety of sizes and we can supply the ANTI-MICRO in perforated rolls, for ventilation, or complete curtains.
These are the ideal solution for areas such as industrial environments, surgeries, food processing areas, pharmaceutical production and laboratories.
ANTI-BAC complies with the international ISO 22196 and Japanese JIS Z-2801 standards to guarantee the highest antibacterial effect.
ANTI-MICRO adheres to REACH regulations and also complies with both FDA and EC1935-2004.
Both grades also have the same benefits of our regular and polar PVC ranges of high clarity with excellent light transmission together with being hard wearing.

PVC STRIP DOOR KITS FOR STANDARD DOORS NOW AVAILABLE
We are now offering PVC Strip Door Kits on a same day/next day despatch for when you need a standard size curtain in a rush.
These kits are supplied with the relevant number of strips complete with stainless steel hanging plates attached, the hanging rail/s, screws, rawl-plugs and fitting instructions.
Our kits are made up the same day/next day to ensure the strips of PVC don’t roll inwards as, over time, if PVC is rolled tightly it will go concave and prove difficult to install. Standard single door kits will be shipped in a single package for ease of delivery. For wider options, they may be shipped in multiple boxes due to weight.
N.B. Sameday/next day service is to mainland UK only excluding highlands. Please contact us for deliveries to alternative locations.

PVC CRASH DOORS – THE IDEAL SOLUTION FOR HEAVY DUTY TRAFFIC
We supply a variety of crash doors which provide a low maintenance answer to reducing energy waste, without affecting speed of movement through these openings.
Our flexible crash doors provide excellent value for money when compared to polycarbonate or polyethylene doors. They are used in a wide range of commercial environments, including supermarkets, industrial warehouses, hospitals, clean-rooms and food prep areas.
We offer 3 door options:
- Single panel comprising of either 5mm or 7mm clear PVC panels.
- Double-panel with a clear top half allowing good visibility, supported by an opaque bottom half, available in either black or grey.
- The tri-panel design is made up of three separate sheets. A clear vision panel is placed in the middle, sandwiched between either opaque black or grey PVC.
All doors are made with a heavy duty base plate and an extruded aluminium frame – mill finish, but upon request can be supplied powder coated .

PVC RANGE
Clear standard PVC, offering a wide variety of applications, including interior doors, conveyor belt openings, exterior doors and temporary warehouse wall separations. Available in a variety of widths from 100mm to 400mm and thicknesses from 1mm to 4mm. Rolls are up to 50 metres long.
Our best-selling standard grade PVC, with the benefits of a frosted finish. By impairing the view through the strips, it is possible to conceal items while still letting daylight through. This makes it ideal for store rooms and warehouses. Translucent, with some light transmission. Suitable for temperatures from -10°C to +38°C.
Ideal for use in freezers, chiller cabinets and cold stores, our low-temperature polar grade PVC is designed to keep cold in and heat out, whilst providing easy access. Suitable for temperatures ranging from -25°C TO +25°C. Transparent for excellent light transmission. Hardwearing.
Also known as bumper strip or anti-scratch, this is our most durable PVC. Capable of taking high-impact from items like pallets, crates and cages, it is ideal for high-footfall openings and forklift traffic. Available in both standard and polar grades in a variety of widths, 200mm, 300mm and 400mm.
Yellow translucent standard PVC, designed to deter insects due to its yellow colouring, whilst also providing a physical barrier. Ideal for catering and food preparation areas. Suitable for temperatures from -10°C to +38°C Allows for some light transmission. Available in either 200mm or 300mm widths.
Coloured translucent standard PVC, offering a wide variety of applications. Our standard colours are Texas blue and anti-pest yellow, and we are capable of manufacturing any colour required subject to minimum order quantities. Suitable for temperatures from -10°C to +38°C.
Our perforated PVC is ideal for spaces which need to be ventilated, but still protected, and includes all the benefits of our clear standard PVC. Ideal for kitchens, food outlets and the catering industry, it allows doors to be open to allow air-flow while still adhering to food-standards legislation.
Primarily used at the edge of PVC curtains to clearly warn people and fork-lift truck operators where the edge of the curtain is. In these days of improved health and safety awareness these strips provide an immediate visual warning of door edges and are available in a range of widths.
As an alternative to our red edge warning strips we are now offering Striped coloured PVC, its glow in the dark properties are designed to improve visibility in low light conditions, essential for complying with health and safety policies. We carry this in our popular 200mm wide x 2mm thick PVC.
This PVC helps to reduce static charge that occurs when objects and people pass through it. Excellent for environments that need to reduce static charge and dust, such as clean rooms, server rooms and data storage centres. Despite this style having a green tint, the PVC still allows excellent clarity.
Ensuring a safe environment for both welders and passers-by, this PVC minimises the risk of welding flash. It can also be used as a grinding screen. Also available in Welding red and green. All shades are translucent but provide spark protection. Available with either a hook-on plate or with eyelets.
A strong and durable antimicrobial PVC ideal for heavy footfall areas. Using Silver Ion Technology, it offers protection from bacteria such as E-Coli, salmonella and MRSA, as well as microbes, mould and fungus. This PVC is essential for any environment that needs to meet hygienic health and safety standards.
All the benefits of our best-selling perforated PVC, with the enhanced power of antimicrobial technology. Antimicrobial perforated PVC provides the perfect solution for areas subject to health and safety guidelines around protection from dirt, temperature maintenance and hygiene.

Our standard colours are red, black and grey, but we are capable of manufacturing any colour subject to minimum order quantities.
Our hook-on system is a light-duty hanging system ideal for pedestrian openings, lightweight trollies and medium-sized warehouse openings without forklift use. We carry hook-on track in 2 widths 985mm and 1968mm, but for made up curtains they will be cut to the correct width of the door opening.
Hook-on Stainless Steel Plates
Attached with rivets alongside out hook-on systems, our stainless-steel option is compatible with all PVC grades and ideal for a busy environment. Many customers opt for these plates as stainless steel is very hard wearing, aesthetically pleasing on the eyes and easy to clean.
An entry-level fixing plate for use with our hook-on system, attached with screws and suitable for all PVC grades. Unlike the stainless steel plates which are riveted on, these plates are attached by screws meaning in the event of a PVC strip needing replacement, the plate can be unscrewed and re-used.
Our bolt-on system is a heavy-duty hanging system, designed for heavy industrial use- ideal for larger curtains and fork-lift traffic. Both the track and fixing plate are made from aluminium. This system uses a series of bolts which go through the PVC secured by an aluminium face plate for ease of installation.
The perfect solution to stop a PVC strip curtain from getting in the way, and preventing accidents or hazards. With many variations including single sliding and bi-parting available, these are suitable for both heavy and light-duty applications, we have something to suit most spaces.
To complement our range of clear PVC sheet we also offer Opaque coloured PVC sheet material available in a huge range of colours. Our main line is grey and black, but any other colour can be ordered specially. Supplied as standard in 20m rolls and available in widths from 1000mm to 1800mm.
As a heavier duty alternative to strip curtains, Strong durable PVC sheet can withstand the everyday rigours of pedestrian and general goods traffic, preventing draughts, heat loss and noise pollution. The doors come with three different combinations, as either fully single, double or tri-panel.
