CAD/CAM

We are able to work with you to produce drawings by utilising the latest CAD software. This means we are able to manufacture sample parts on our CAD/CAM cutting tables quickly and economically. This proves especially useful for bespoke designs or where a small quantity is required, preventing the added cost of tooling.

Gaskets

A wide range of soft cut automotive gaskets in materials ranging from cork and paper for controlled swell gaskets through non asbestos to tanged and foil graphite for high temperatures.

Hose & Ducting

Using only high quality UK and European manufacturers, our hose, ducting and tubing range is second to none. We also manufacture custom designed, mandrel built hoses.

O-Rings and Bonded Seals

With over 50,000 O-rings and bonded seals in stock, you can be assured of quick delivery. With our in-house moulding shop we produce o-rings in a variety of polymers including Viton, Perfluoroelastomers and Aflas.

Matting

Our matting range is extensive and covers anti-fatigue, slip prevention,  entrance mats and electrical insulating mats. We strive to help keep people safe and comfortable through supplying quality solutions.

Compression Packings

Compression packings are commonly used on valves, pumps and other rotary and reciprocating equipment. Our standard range of compression packing’s are constructed of either x or square braids.

Engineering Plastics

We supply a complete range of engineering plastics for safety in the workplace. 
From a simple polycarbonate screen to fully machined wear strips, we are able to help , and with our new Robland Table saw, delivery is quick.

Strip

Rubber, sponge, cork and foam strip is produced in-house utilising one of our 4 slitting machines or log cutters. Most strip can be supplied with a self-adhesive backing for ease of fixing.
Rubber Mouldings

Mouldings

Our mould shop produces a wide range of automotive mouldings including Unicones, O-Rings, Grommets, Gaiters, Muffler caps and seat rings. We also produce moulded sheets in fuel resistant compounds such as Viton™ B.
 

Fabrications

With over 45 years experience hand fabricating our complete range of materials we are able to offer solutions to even the most diverse problems. Whether it be a double flanged connector made from FDA compliant rubber or a welded Polyurethane bellow, we manufacture it.

Inflatable seals

Iso-Flate™ inflatable seals are manufactured in the UK and are designed to provide efficient hermetic sealing solutions providing protection against incursions by powders, granules, gases, liquids and dust.
