Inflatable seals

Iso-Flate™ inflatable seals are manufactured in the UK and are designed to provide efficient hermetic sealing solutions providing protection against incursions by powders, granules, gases, liquids and dust.
Novus 30

Gaskets

From gaskets for motors to water seals our offering is extensive. Many gaskets are produced using some of our 15,000 cutting formes, but for bespoke sizes we cut these using one of our state of the art oscillating knife, CAD/CAM cutting tables.

Extrusions & Cord

In addition to our range of solid Neoprene, Nitrile and sponge cords, we also produce extrusions in our wide range of polymers. Our die choice is extensive however if we don’t have the correct profile, new tools are inexpensively produced.

Compression Packings

Compression packings are commonly used on valves, pumps and other rotary and reciprocating equipment. Our standard range of compression packing’s are constructed of either x or square braids.

Strip

Rubber, sponge, cork and foam strip is produced in-house utilising one of our 4 slitting machines or log cutters. Most strip can be supplied with a self-adhesive backing for ease of fixing.
O-Rings 600 x 600

O-Rings

We carry vast stocks of O-rings, Bonded seals and backup rings in a range of polymers including PTFE, Nitrile, Silicone and Viton®. We also supply O-ring and bonded seal kits with a variety of sizes, ideal for emergency breakdowns.
 

Hose & Ducting

Our comprehensive range is used extensively in the power generation industries throughout the UK and Europe and with the majority being in stock, delivery can be made quickly.
Rubber Moulding

Mouldings

Whether you require anti-static or conductive rubber mouldings, we offer a huge range of materials. We can mould finished parts such a breaker kit seals or sheeting to produce CAD/CAM cut gaskets in materials not available in sheet form.
