Inflatable seals

Iso-Flate™ inflatable marine seals are manufactured in the UK and are designed to provide efficient hermetic sealing solutions providing protection against incursions by powders, granules, gases, liquids and dust.
Novus 30

Gaskets

We understand the turnaround time in port so we manufacture and stock a wide range of commonly used gaskets for the marine industry in our wide range of asbestos free and elastomeric materials.

O-Rings and Bonded Seals

With over 50,000 O-rings and bonded seals in stock, you can be assured of quick delivery. With our in-house moulding shop we produce o-rings in a variety of polymers including Viton, Perfluoroelastomers and Aflas.

Extrusions & Cord

We offer a comprehensive range of extrusions including dock fenders, gate seals and scrapers. Plus with in-house CAD/CAM design, tooling for new dies can be produced inexpensively and quickly.

Impact Protection

Our Impact Protection profiles provide both visual warning and safety cushioning to hard, unyielding objects. Made from flexible age resistant polyurethane foam, they prevent injury & protect property.

Compression Packings

Compression packings, or pump & gland seals are used under a range of conditions to seal a variety of fluids . They are used to contain water, acids, solvents, gases, oil, and other chemicals that are subjected to various temperatures and pressures.

Strip

Rubber, sponge, cork and foam strip is produced in-house utilising one of our 4 slitting machines or log cutters. Most strip can be supplied with a self-adhesive backing for ease of fixing.
Rubber Mouldings

Mouldings

Our mould shop produces a wide range of automotive mouldings including Unicones, O-Rings, Grommets, Gaiters, Muffler caps and seat rings. We also produce moulded sheets in fuel resistant compounds such as Viton™ B.
 

Hose & Ducting

Our comprehensive range is used extensively in industries throughout the UK and Europe and with the majority being in stock, delivery to port can be made quickly. We also stock a wide range of hose fittings, clamps and assemblies.
Gore Joint Sealant_InPixio

Expanded PTFE Tape

A valuable product on a ship as it can be used to make temorary repairs to leaking flanges. Our range is made from 100% pure PTFE expanded using a unique process into a febrile structure which forms a strong, consistent material which is impervious to liquids and gasses.
