Munsch & Co./PTM have been supplying the pump and valve industry with high quality sealing solutions for many years.

Working with key pump and valve manufacturers, we have developed many solutions in our wide range of materials. Particularly of note are the range of oil resistant compounds that we are able to mould with in our in-house moulding shop, when many other sealing companies are restricted by the choice of calendared sheeting available.

Our PTFE range is diverse and includes expanded, virgin, etched and machined parts, together with the full Garlock and Sigma ranges.

Asbestos free materials are stocked from all the leading manufacturers and with our high end technology we are able to produce seals quickly and cost effectively.

O-Rings

We carry vast stocks of O-rings, Bonded seals and backup rings in a range of polymers including PTFE, Nitrile, Silicone and Viton®. We also supply O-ring and bonded seal kits with a variety of sizes, ideal for emergency breakdowns.

Gaskets

We will work together with you to find the most suitable gasketing solution from our wide range of materials. Sometimes cost is the overriding concern, but more often than not it’s the longevity of the seal.

Rubber Mouldings

Mouldings

Whether you require fuel resistant, anti-static or conductive rubber mouldings, we offer a huge range of materials. We can mould finished parts such as diaphragms or sheeting to produce CAD/CAM cut gaskets in materials not available in sheet form.

Compression Packings

Compression packings, or pump & gland seals are used under a range of conditions to seal a variety of fluids . They are used to contain water, acids, solvents, gases, oil, and other chemicals that are subjected to various temperatures and pressures.

Strip

Rubber, sponge, cork and foam strip is produced in-house utilising one of our 4 slitting machines or log cutters. Most strip can be supplied with a self-adhesive backing for ease of fixing.

With over 45 years experience hand fabricating our complete range of materials we are able to offer solutions to even the most diverse problems including high temperature fabrics.
 

Hose & Ducting

Our comprehensive range is used extensively in industries throughout the UK and Europe and with the majority being in stock, delivery can be made quickly. We also stock a wide range of hose fittings, clamps and assemblies.

PTFE

Expanded, Virgin and etched PTFE are all carried in stock allowing us to produce parts quickly and cost effectively.  Machined parts and PTFE envelope gaskets are also manufactured by our experienced team.
