Thermiculite® is a high-performance sealing material engineered for extreme temperature and chemically aggressive applications. Comprising exfoliated vermiculite reinforced with advanced materials such as tanged stainless steel or synthetic fibres, it delivers exceptional durability, oxidation resistance, and sealing integrity.
This material is ideal for use in high-pressure steam systems, strong oxidising environments, and high-temperature gas and exhaust applications. With a maximum service temperature of 1050°C and a broad pH range of 0 to 14, Thermiculite® ensures reliable performance in the most demanding industrial conditions.
Available in various sheet sizes, thicknesses, and flexible gasket forms to suit specific sealing requirements.*
