With our experienced workforce and advanced machining capabilities, we are also able to offer fabrication of new rollers to customers’ design.
We offer a full grinding, cambering and grooving service.
In addition our engineers can refurbish worn shafts and damaged journal ends.
Generally we return rollers and wheels static balanced, but if required in-house dynamic balancing can be offered.
Our compound range is extensive including FDA, EC1935(2004), Carboxylated Nitrile (XNBR) Anti Static and WRAS Approved grades.
