Impact Protection

Our Impact Protection profiles provide both visual warning and safety cushioning to hard, unyielding objects. Made from flexible age resistant polyurethane foam, they prevent injury, protect property and are quick and easy to install.

Gaskets

We manufacture gaskets from a wide range of materials including EPDM (Both WRAS and KTW approved, especially for the water industry), abrasion resistant rubber and WRAS approved Silicones.

Extrusions & Cord

We offer a comprehensive range of extrusions including dock fenders, gate seals and scrapers. Plus with in-house CAD/CAM design, tooling for new dies can be produced inexpensively and quickly.
Rubber Mouldings

Mouldings

If your process requires a fully moulded part, be assured that Munsch & Co/PTM can supply the shape, style and quantity that you require from our full range of elastomeric polymers. We also provide a full rubber to metal moulding service.

O-Rings

The ‘O’ Ring or Toroidal Seal is a simple, versatile and economical device with a vast range of uses, however in many cases it is indispensable. We carry vast stocks in WRAS EPDM, NBR and Viton, and also supply O-ring kits with a variety of sizes for maintenance teams.

Strips, Scrapers & Skirt Rubbers

Rubber, sponge, Polyurethane, foam, belting and felt strip is a large part of our business. We supply thousands of metres of strip per month. Within our strip range we manufacture a complete range of scrapers with or without slots.

Fabrications

With over 45 years experience hand fabricating our complete range of materials we are able to offer solutions to even the most diverse problems. Whether it be a double flanged connector made from WRAS approved EPDM or a welded Polyurethane bellow, we manufacture it.
 

Hose & Ducting

Our comprehensive range is used extensively in water industries throughout the UK and Europe and with the majority being in stock, delivery can be made quickly. We also stock a wide range of hose fittings, clamps and assemblies.
